If renovation, cleaning and/or disinfection are necessary these works are to be carried out by third parties in accordance with the customer. If requested, Monit’air is able to monitor the works and approve the final result on the customer’s behalf. During and after the cleaning and repair work Monit’air supervises the activities to see whether the final approval can be given. Both customer and insurance expert receive an extended report including all analyses results and necessary pictures and illustrations.
